An investment client needed to attract more money into an investment fund before it closed. Our response was to produce a targetted communications plan, involving direct mail, e-marketing and telephone follow up.

The result - the fund closed with a record level of investment.

Our approach was to hold a workshop with the client... and talk direct to some of their clients.

We then encapsulated their proposition from a client perspective.

The result: a new clarity in their communications.
